Oak Chase Global LLP was founded in 2021 by Ole J Jacobsen and Nicholas Frankopan.
The founding partners of OCG have a long and proven track record from among others JP Morgan, Aberdeen Asset Management, WW Advisors and JO Hambro Capital Management across a wide range of real assets around the globe.
We focus on strategic real assets. Key amongst these real assets are: Real estate, infrastructure, energy and green technologies.
The OCG team has executed both buy side and sell side deals amounting to more than EUR 5 bn and have an unparallelled reach with investors including SWFs, institutions, private equity, VC firms and family offices.
We strive to establish long-term relationships with best-in-class managers and owners, matching them with both new and known educated capital partners.

Managing Partner
Ole has more than 25 years experience from international real assets transactions, advisory and capital raising.
Prior to co-founding Oak Chase Global LLP, Ole has held executive and specialist positions at among others JP Morgan, Aberdeen Standard and Arctic Securities, as well as co-founding Chase Global Assets.
Ole holds a Master of Science in Finance and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics as well as an Executive Program Certificate from Copenhagen Business School.

Managing Partner
Nicholas has more than 20 years experience from international real assets fund management, advisory and real estate management.
Prior to co-founding Oak Chase Global LLP, Nicholas has held several senior positions at among others WW Advisors and JO Hambro Capital Management, as well as having founded Oak Investment Management Group.
Nicholas holds a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge as well as an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Simon was formerly Executive Director at Savills overseeing their China Agency and International network working with most of the Fortune 500 companies as well as domestic and international developers.
Simon has worked in Asia, Europe and the US as an advisor, developer and investor over the past 30 years.
He has a particular focus on trends in technology, economics and demographics that shape end user demand primarily in the housing,
extended stay, hospitality and leisure sectors
Simon holds a BA from Anglia Ruskin University and an MA from the University of Cambridge.

Advisor
Tania has more than 20 years of experience in finance, capital raising and client relationship management.
She has a particular focus on ethical and impact investing (sustainability space, environment and technology).
Previously Tania worked for Audley Capital Advisors, Marwyn Capital & Marwyn Investment Management, Promethean Investments, Dresdner Kleinwort, and Lazard.
Tania holds a BA and an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
